SEC'1ICIN 1 s It shall be unlawful for any minor under the

lowing day, 'offieial eity timea provided however that the provisions
of this seetion shall not apply to any su,ch minor accompanied by his
or her parents, gtaardian or vther adult person hasing the care and
custody of the minor or when the minor is upon an erraMd directed
by his or her parent, guardian or other adult pe rson having the care
and cugtody of tkie minoro
