AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 99,
THE ZONING ORDINANCE, BY REZONING CER-
TAIN PROPERTY SITUATED WEST OF
IEXINGTON AVENUE NORTH, NORTH OF THE
RESIDENCES ON TILLER LANE, AND SOUTH OF
COUNTY ROAD E
The Village Council of Artlen Hills ortlains:
Section 1. Amendmenf of Ortlinance No. 99 retonlny
cerfatn propeHy sifuated west of Lexingfon Avenue
North, norfh of the residenees on Tiller Lane, antl soufh
~ of County Rosd E. Pursuant to the provisions of Or-
dinance No. 99, the zoning ordinance, a proceeding to
rezone the properTy legally described below was
initiated by application filed with the Clerk-
Adminisirator. A public hearing to review said ap-
plication was held by the Planning Commisslon on
Thursday, July 12, 1973. Upon the recommendatlon of
the Planning Commission, Ordinance No. 99 and the
Zoning District Map of Arden Hills, which is a part of
said Ordlnance No. 99, are hereby amentled to reflect
MaT the followina described TrBCt of land is hereby
rezoned from "R-1" to "R-B"•
The West 256.60 feet W the Easf 586.e0 feet M the
Norfheasf Quarfer of the Northeast Quar}er of Section
34, Township 30, Range 23, except the North 872.00 feet
thereof, containing 2.62 acres, in Ramsey County,
Minnesota.
On the next reprinfing of said Ordfnance No. 99 end-or
the Zoning District Map included therein, the Zoning
Administrotor is hereby directed to have the Zoning
Disirict Map reflect the rezoning W the aforedescribed
tract of land.
Secfion 2. Effedive Dafe. This Ordinance shall be
effectlve from and after its passage antl publication.

North, norfh of the residences on Tiller lane, and south
of County Road E. Pursuant to the provisions M Or-
dinance No. 99,the zoning ordinance, a proceeding to
rezone the properTy legally described below was
