The Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills does hereby ordain as fol- lows: 3ection 1. Ordinance No. 18, known ` sa the Zoning Ordinance, ia hereby amended to rezone the following-described property from R-2 (residential) to C (commercial), to-wit: That part of the Southwest Quarter (SWi/4) of the Southwest Quarter • (SWI/4) of Section Sixteen (16). Township Thirty North (30N), Range Twenty-three (23), lying Westerly of the Right-of-Way line of Interstate Route 36 West, Northerly of STH No. 96, Easterly of STH No. 8, and Southerly of a Iine paraliel to the North line of said Southwest Quarter (SWI/4) of the Southweat Quarter (SWIJ4), Section Sixteen (16), and Eight Hundred Sixty (860) feet South of said North line, all in Ramsey County, Minnesota. Section 2. The zoning map of the Village of Arden Hills referred to in the aforesaid Ordinance No. 18 shall not be republished to show the aforesaid rezoning, but the Clerk shall appropri- ately mark the zoning map on file in the Clerk's office for the purpose of substantially indicating this rezoning. Section 3. This ordinance ahall be published in the official Village news- paper and shall be effective from and after its passage and publication.
