AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-17
OF THE ARDEN HILL5 CODE
TO CHANGE THE MAYOR'S TERM TO FOUR YEARS
The City Council of Arden Hills ordains:
l. Amendment to Section 2-17 of the Arden Hills Code.
Section 2-17 of the Arden Hills Code is hereby amended to read as
follows:
"The Mayor shall be elected for a four (4) year
term at the biennial election commencing in 1986."
2. Effective Date. This Ordinance and the Mayor's term
provided for herein shall be effective as of the biennial
election commencing in 1986.
