THE VI LLAGE COUNC IL CTF ARDEN HILLS DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS : SEGTIQN l. Diaorderly Conduct, The doing of any of the fol- • Iowing ac~E'sT w,hout au . or g o aw y any peraon or persons is herebg declared to be disorderly conduct and a misdemeanor; a. Wilful.ly disturbing any assembly or meting not u.n- lawful in its charaeter, or the peace and quiet of any family neighborhood; b. Wi1fully and lewdly exposing his person or the pri- vate parts thereof, or procuring axot,her to so ex- go se himself, and any ope n and gro s s lewdne s s or lascivious behavior, or any act of public indecency; c. Us3.ng profane, vulgar or indecent language in or about any public building, store or place of busi- ness, or upon any af the streets, alleys or side- walks of the Village so as to be audible and offensive y d. Voluntarily enterirg the water of any lake or public swimming pool within the limits of the Village be- tween the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 aem., or entering such water vaithout being garbed in a bath- ing suit sufficient to co3er his pe rson and equal to the standards generally adopted and aecepted by the publie; ee Appearing upon aziy public street ar other public place in an intoxieated eondition or drinking in- toxieating liquor on 'any street or in a rrehicle up4n a public street. SECTIf3N 2. Any person who is a vagrant as hereinafter de- fined s9'CI~ e'~guilty of a misdemeanor. The follow3.ng persons are vagrant s : ae A person who, being a habitual drunkard, abandons, negleets or refu.ses to aid in th.e suppvrt of his familye b. A person who has contracted.an infectious or other dise ase in the practice of drunkenne ss or debauch- ery, requiring charitable aid to re store him to ~ he a lth. ce Every male person who lives vQholly or in part on the earnings of prostitution, or who in any public ~ place solicits for immoral purposes.
