VILLAGE OF ARDEN NILLS
' ORDINANCE NO. 159
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORD. NO. 128 AND
SETTING SALARIES FOR THE MAYOR AND
COUNCILMEN OF ARDEN HILLS.
The Council of the Village of Arden Hills does hereby
ordain as follows:
SECTION l-Ordinance No. 128 Repealed.
Ordinance No. 128 is hereby repealed, effective upon
the effective date hereof - January 1, 1973.
SECTION 2-New Salaries Established for Mayor and
Councilmen.
Commencing January 1, 1973, the salary of the Mayor
of Arden Hills is fixed at 8175 per month and the salary
of each Councilman is fixed at 5125 per monih. SECTION 3-Ef}ective Date.
This Ordinance shall be effecTive from antl after
January 1, 1973, and thereafTer until changed pursuant
to law.
Adopted by the Viltage Council of Arden Hills this 25th
day of September, 1972.

SETTING SALARIES FOR THE MAYOR AND
COUNCILMEN OF ARDEN HILLS.
The Council of ihe V illage of Arden Hills does hereby
ordein as follows:
SECTION 1---Ortlinance No. 148 Repealed.
Ordinance No. 128 is hereby repealed, effective upon
ihe effective tlate hereof - January 1, 1973.
SECTION 2-New Salaries Established for Mayor and
Councilmen.
Commencing January 1, 1973, ihe salary of the Mayor
of Arden Hills is fixed aT 8175 per month and the salary
, of each Councilman is fixed at 5125 per monih.
SECTION 3-Effective Date.
This Ordinance shall be effective from and after
January 1, 1973, and ThereafTer until changed pursuant
to law.
Adopted by ihe V illage Council of Arden Hills Thls 25th
day of September, 1972.
