AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISH ING RULES GQVERNING CONDUCT AND PROCEI?URE QF
THE VILLAGE COUNCII:, OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTAo

RIILE lo The village counc il shall have regular sessions on
~ the last Monday of each month at 8 o9clock P.M. and8 if such dag
~ shall f a11 on a holiday shall have its regui.lar session the next
following c1ay, and adjourned and special sessions at ang other time
the cauncil may deem propera The first meeting cf the year shall
be held on January 2nd unless January 2nd shall fall upon Saturday or Sunday, in which event it sha11 be held on Monday the 3rd or 4tha

RULE 3. At all meetings of the councilg a majority af the
couneil members shall cvnstitute a qu4rum to dp business, but a
~ minority may adjourn from day to day and may eompel the attendanee
of absentees by a fine not exeeeding five dollars for each offense,.
unless a reasonable exeuse be offered.
RULE 4. At the hour appointe dfor meet,ing the members shall
be ealled ta order by the mayorp and in hi s absence by the acting
mayor, and in the absence of both$ by the clerk. The clerk shall

RULE 29, The counc il rnay at any time by a maj orfty vote of

RULE 30o Special msetings rn.ay be called by the mayor or ang
