No. 94 by striking provision requiring licensing of residential sewer in- stallers and amentling Ord. No. 49 by clarifying to whom sewer connecTion permits may be issued. The CiTy Council of Arden Hills ordains: Section 1. Amentlment of Section 2 0} Ord. No. 94 by Striking Subsedion (c) Thereof and Relettering Sub- secTion (d) Thereof. SubsecTion (c) of Section 2 of Ord. No. 94, adopted by the Council on June27, 1966, is hereby stricken and deleted in its entireTy, and subsection (d) ihereof is hereby relettered subsection (c) of said Section 2. Section 2. Amendment of Section 4 of Ord. No. 49 by Clarifying }o Whom Sewer Connection Permits May be Issued. The second paragraph M Section 4 of Ord. No. 49, adopted by the Council on November 30, 1959 is hereby amended to read as follows: "PermRs for such connections shall be issued only To . a plumber duly licensed by the STaTe Board of Heelih or to anyone noT so licensed who owns and acTually oc- . cupies as his residence the premises or ihat part of the premises upon which the sewer connect(on work is to be performed." Section 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be in force and effective from and after its passage and publication. The City Council of Arden Hills ordains: Section 1. Amendment of Section 4 of Ord. No. 94 by Striking Subsection (c) Thereof and Relettering Sub- section (d) Thereof. No. 94, adopted by the Council on June 27, 1966, is hereby siricken and deleted in its enTirety, and subsection (d) Thereof is hereby releTtered subsection (c) of said Section 2. Section 2. AmendmenT of Section 4 of Ord. No. 49 by Clarifying To Whom Sewer Connection Permits May be issued. The second paragraph of SecTion 4 of Ord. No. 49, adopted by the Council on November 30, 1959 is hereby amended to read as follows: "PermRs for such connecTions shall be issued only to a plumber duly licensed by the State Board of Health or To anyone not so licensed who owns and actually oc- - cupies as his residence the premises or that part of the premises upon which the sewer connecTion work is to be performed."
