Amendment of Ordinance No. 99 Rezoning Certain Property Situated at the Northeast Corner of the IntersecTion of Cleveland Avenue and County Road D. Pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 99, the Zoning Ordinance,a proceeding to rezone the property legally described below was iniTiated by application filed wiTh the Clerk-Adminisirator. A public hearing to review said application was held by the Planning Commission on Tuesday, May 4, 1976. Upon the recommendaTion of the Planning Commission, dated June 30, 1976, Ordinance No. 99 and the Zoning Disirict Map of Arden H ills, which is part of said Ordinance, are - hereby amendetl to reflect ihaT the following described parcel of land is hereby rezoned from "R-2" to "R-B": LoT 13, Block 2, Dalsoren Addition, according to the plat Yhereof on tile and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for Ramsey County, Min- nesota. On the next reprinting of said Ordinance No. 99 and-or the Zoning DisTrict Map included iherein, the Zoning AdminisTrator is hereby directed to have the Zoning DisiricT Map reflect the rezoning of the aforedescribed . parcel of land. Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be eff ective from and afier its passage and publicat'rort. Passed by the Council this 28Th day of March, 1977. Henry J. Pursuant to the provision5 of Ordinance No. 99, the Zoning Ordinance,a proceeding to rezone the property legally described below was initiated by applicaTion filed wiTh the Clerk-Administrator. A public hearing to review said application was held by the Planning Commission on Tuesday, May 4, 1976. Upon the recommendaTion of the Planning Commission, dated June 30, 1976, Ordinance No. 99 and the Zoning Districf Map of Arden Hills, which is part of said Ordinance, are hereby amended to reflect ihat the following described parcei of land is hereby rezoned from "R-2" To "R-B": Lot 13, Block 2, Dalsoren Addition, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for Ramsey CounTy, Min- nesota.
