The Village Council of the Villa9e of Arden Hills dces hereby ordain as follows: Secfion 1. Repeal ot Ordinance No. 117. Ordinance No. 117 is hereby repealed. Section 2. Petty Misdemeanors. "Petty misdemeanors" as defined in Chapter 169 as amended, commonly known as the Highway Traffic Regulation Act, shall be punishable by a fine W noT To exceed $100. Section 3. Penalties for Misdemeanors. ExcepT as hereinbefore provided for petty misdemeanors, every violation of an ordinance of the V illage of Arden Hills is hereby declared to be a misdemeanor and a penal of- fense. Every such violation shall be punisable by a fine up to $300 or imprisonment in the county jail for a period up to 90 days, or boTh, but in eifher case the cosis of prosecution may be added, notwithstanding any provisions heretobefore made to the conirary. Section 4. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be effecT(ve from and afTer its passage and publicaTion. Passed by the Council of the V illage of Arden Hills this lOth day of July, 1972. , Henry J.
