THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESQTA DGES ORDAIN AS Ft7LLOWS t • SECTIQN 1. Section 1-49 af ardinance Nurnber 16, knawn as the Bu ng ocl~t is hereby amended to read as follows, to-wit : 1-49 The work for vgh3.ch a perm#.t has been issued mus't be eommenced within ninety {90} days f'rom the date of igsuanee., of the permit. In the event the work is not commenced within that t3me the permit shall become invalid at the end of said ninety (90) day periodA In any event the pe rmit shall be eorce inval3.d after one year frQm the date of issuanee. The Council may exten3 either of said time limits if written application for sich exten- sion is made prior to the expiration date, but sueh eztension shall nat be granted un- less the Council is satisfied that there is good cause for the failure to commence the Work or to complete the work within the afore- said t3me.
