AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTIONS 2-1, 4-1,
AND 2-3 OF TNE ARDEN HILLS CITY CODE
RELATING TO PUBLIC WORKS RESERVE FUND
The City Councll of the Cfty of Arden Hills ordains:
Secfion 1. Repeal of Sedions 2•1, 2-2, and 2-3 af Arden
Hills Clty Code Relating to Publie Worka Reserve Fund.
Sections 2-1, 2-2 and 2-3 of the Arden Hills City Code,
which relate fo the public works reserve fund, are
hereby repealed in their entlreties.
Sedfon 2. EMectlve Dafe. This Ordinance shall be
effedive from and aiter its passa9e and publication.
Passed by ihe Arden Hills CitY Council ihis 28th day of
January, 1980.

Section 1. Repeal of Sedlons 2-1, 4-2, and 2-3 of Arden
Hllls Clty Code Relating fo Publle Works Reserve Fund.
SecTions 2•1, 2-2 and 2-3 of the Arden Hills City Code,
whlch relate to fhe publlc works reserve fund, are
hereby repealed In their enfiretles.
Section 2. Effecfive Date. This Ordinance shall be
effective from and aNer its passage and publlcation. '
