The Village Council of the Village of Arden Hi11s does
hereby ordain as folZows;
Section 1. Ordinance Na. 31, amending Ordinance Number 18,
being known as the Zoning Or-dinance, is hereby amended to rezone from
Rl, Single ramily, to G, Commercial, the following-described property,
to-wit:
The North 213 f'eet of the West 199.5 feet of the Northwest 1/4
of the Southwest 1f4 and the South 213 feet of the North 426 feet of
the ±Nest 274.5 feet of tha Northwest 1/4 of the Soutnwest 1,C4, all of
Section 33, Township 30, Range 23, Ramaey County, Minnesota according
to the U. S. Government Survey therEOf.

Section 2. Thd Zoning iiVlaap of the Village of Arden Hills referred
to in the af'oresaid Ordinances Number 18 and 31 sha11 not be republished
to show the aforesaid rezoning, but the Clerk shall appropriately mark
the Zoning Map on file in the C1erk's office for the purpose of sub-
stantially indicating this rezoning.
Section 3. 2his Ordinanee shall be published forthwith in the
official Village newspaper, and shall be ef fective from and after its
passage and said publication.
