IN THE EAST HALF OF THE SOUTH-
EAST QUARTER OF SECTION TWEN-
TY-SEVEN, TOWNSHIP THIRTY, RA-
NGE TWENTY-THREE.
The Village Council of the Village of
Arden Hills does hereby ordain as follo'ws:
SECTION l. Ocdinance Nuxnber 18, kn-
own as the Zaning Ordinance, is hereby
amended to zone the following described
property, which is partially Indnstria] and
partially R-single family, in its entire-
ty ttl Industrial, which progerty is describ-
ed as follows, ta-wit:
That part of the East half (EI/2) of
the Sautheast quarter (SE%) of Sec-
tion Twenty-seven (27), Township Th-
irty (30), Range Twenty-three (23),
]ying North of the right-of-way of
the Minneapolis, St. Paul and Sault
Ste. Marie Railway, and subject to Le-
xingt,on Avenue and Kawalski Rdad.
SECTION 2. The Zoning Map of the
Village of Arden Hills rzferred to in the
aforesaid Ordinance Number 18 shal] not
be repuhlished ta show the aForesaid re-
zoning, but the Clerk shall apprapriately
mark the zoning Map on file in the CI-
erk's office fdr the purpose of substantially
indica}mg this rezoning.
SECtION 3. This Ordinance shall be
published forthwith in the afficial Village
newspaper and shall be effective from and
after its passage and publication.
Passed by the Village Council of Arden
Hills this 14th day of March, 1960.
