ORDINANCE NO. 139
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING OR-
DINANCE' NO. 99, THE ZONING OR.
DINANCE, AS PREVIOUSLY
AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 138,
BY ADDING AN ACCESSORY USE IN
BUSINESS AND INDUSTRIAL
DISTRICTS.
The Village Council W the Village WArden Hills does hereby ordain as
tol lows:
Section 1. Amendment of Section I11, -
. Ordinance No. 99, Tha Zoning Or-
dinance. Section I I I of Ordinance No. 99,
the Zoning Ordinance, as previously
amended and particularly ae amended
. by Ordinance No. 138, is hereby furiher
amended a§ follows:
(a) Amendment Re Accessory Uses in
Business anA ResiAential OistricTS.
Section III G, Paragraph 2, captioned
"In Business and Indusirial DisiricTS," is hereby amended by adding Thereto the
'ollowing as a permitted accessory use:
"Retail sales, when direcfly
associated with the principal use, buT not
exceeding 30 percent of the floor space of
the principal building and enclosed
within the printipal building." ,
Section Y. Ef}ective Date. This Or.
tlinance shall be in effect from antl after
the date of ifs passage and publicafion. ,
