ORDINANCE NO. 90
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDIN-
ANCE NO. 18, THE ZONING ORDIN-
ANCE, TO REZONE TO RESIDENTIAL
CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING SOUTH
OF FLORAL DRIVE, NORTHERLY OF
S.T.H. NO. 694 AND WESTERLY OF
HAMLINE AVENUE
TheVillage Council of Arden Hilla doea hereby ordain as follows, to-wit:
Section l. Ordinance No. 18, known as
the Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended
to rezone the following-described prop-
erty from I(Industrial) to R-1 (Resi-
dential), to-wit: . All that part of the Southwest Quar-
ter (SWi/g), Section Twenty Two
(22), Township Thirty (30), Range -
. Twenty Three (23) lying South of
Floral Drive, Northerly of STH No.
694 and Westerly of Hamline Ave-
nue, subject to public roads.
Section 2. The Zoning Map of the
Village of Arden Hills referred to in
- the aforesaid Ordinanee No. 18 shalt .
. , not be republished to show the afore-
said rezoning, but the Clerk shall appro-
griately mark the Zoning Map on file in the Clerk's office for the purpose of
substantially indicating this rezoning.
Section 3. This Ordinance sha2i be
published in the official Village newa-
paper and shall be effective from and
. after its passage and publication.
