SECTIQN 1 d Def 3nitions o The term "sof t drinks" as used
in th B ar n~nce sbal'l inc u e all liquors, liquids, or campounds
to be used f'or beverage purposes and not defined to be intoxiea-
ting liquors under Chapter 46, Law of 'Minn.esota, 1933-34, Extra '
Session, or to be non-iritoxicating rn.alt liquor under Chapter 116s
Laws of Minnesnta, 1933,
SECTION 2. Licensin , No person shall conduct or operate
as owner, "rnanager or emp oyee any pl.ace wher^e soft drinks are
mixed, sold Qr dispensed for consumption on the premises whether
condmted in connection With another busine ss cr not until a
lieense has been secured,
A license shall be obtained by application of
the owner of said businss to the Vi].lage Glerk on aform prvvided
by the Clerka This form ahal1 require the name and addr°ess of
the appllcant and the lacation and naturO qF the business4 Such
applieat3.on shall be accompanied by a Fifteen Dollar f$15Q00)
annual fee and on Council approval the Zicense wi1l be granted or
the Pee refunded. The appl3cation rnay be refused by the Gazncil
iP in its opin3on eit,he r the he alth or moral s of the corr=nity
would suffer by granting the app].icat3one Lieenses wi11 be effee-
tive until the 31st of December and renewaJ. January 1 of each yeard

SECTION 2. Licensing. No persvn shall conduet or operate
as owner, rnanager or emp oyee any pl.ace where soft drinks air^e
mi.xed, sold or dispensed f'or cansumption on the premises whether
conducted in connection W-ith another bus3.ness cr not until a
license has been securede
A license shall be obta3.ned by application of
