AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 99,
THE ZONING ORDINANCE, BY ADDINGA SPECIAL
USE IN "L-I" (LIMITED INDUSTRY) DISTRICTS.
The Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills does
hereby ordain as follows:
Secfion 1. Amendment re Additional Special Use in
"L-1" (Limited Industry) Disiricts. Paragraph 3 e. of
Section I I I F and Ord. No. 99, relating to the listing of
special uses in Indusirial DisiricTS, is hereby amended
to add as the lasf item in the list therein "COmmercial Recreation".
Section 2. Effective date. This Ordinance shall be
effecTive from and after iTS passage and publicaTion.
