BY SUBST I TUT I NG NEW STANDARDS FOR
DRI VEWAY WIDTHS
Section 1, ~m ndment to Section VI G. of Appendix A-
ni Arden 1 . Subdivision (3) of Section VI. G. of
Appendix A-Zoning of the Arden Hills Code is hereby amended to read as
follows:
(3) Oriveway Widths The foliowing are the required driveway widths for
driveways accessing the foilowing types af streets or roads, the
measurements being between the edges of the driveway at right angles
thereto:

Residential Commercial (3)
Minimum Maximum Minimum Maximum

City Coliector Streets
and County Highways (3) 12' 22' 26' 32' (2)
State Highways (3) 12' 24' 32' 32' (2)
(1) Radius adequate for traffic conditions.
~ (2) As recommended by the County or State,
(3) Access permit required from Ramsey County or Minnesota Depart-
ment of Transportation.
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be effective from
and after its passage and publication.
