ORDINANCE NO. 121
' AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING
PEDDLERS OR SOLICITORS FROM
FNTEItING UPON CEStTAIN
PREIVIISES WITHIN THE VILLAGE
OF ARDEN HILS.S, MINNESOTA,
AND P$OVIDING PENALTIES
THFREFOR.
The Vi1la.ge Council 08 the Village of
Arden Hills does hereby ordain as fol-
lows:
- Section 1. Sabdivision 1. Definitions. . For the purpose6 oR this ordinance the
words definefl in this eection have the - meanings ascribed to them.
Subdivision 2. "Peddler" means any
person with no fixed place of business

9ection 3. Peddlers or Solicitora Pro-
hibited. No peddlers or :volncitars shall
enter in or upon any premises or at- -
tempt to enter in or upan any gremises ' - '

and maintained. ,
Section 4. Aemuving Sign. No per-
son other than the person or,cupying
such premises ahall remove, injure or
defacc such plaeard or sign.
- Sectdan 5. Penalties. Any person who , violates any provision of th,is ordina.nce, - -
upon conviction thereof sha11 be pun-
ished by a fine not exceedung $3•00.00 or - -
by imprisanment far a periad nat
exeeeding 90 days.
Section 6. Effective Dete. This or-
dinance shall ta.ke effect upon its pase- '

PREMISES WTTHIN THE VIL7 AGE
OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA,
AND PROVIDING PENALTIES

- The Village Council o(f the Village of
Arden Hills does hereby ordain as fol-
- lows:
