AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDI-
NANCD NUMBER SS, THE ZONING
ORDINANCE, TO REZONE CERTAIN
PROPERTY LYING SOUTA AND
WEST OF THE WESTERLY LINE OF
STATE TRUNK HIGHWAY NO. 280
TO R-3 FOR MULTIPLE DWE'LLINGS
AND OTHER USES.
The Village Council of the Village
of Arden Hills does hereby ordain as
follows, to-wit:
BECTION L
Ordinance Number 18, known as the
Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended to
zone the foliowing deseribed property
from R-1 to R-3 for multnple dwellings
and other uses. The entire area so rezon-
ed is described as follows, to-wit :
All that part of Block 82, Shore-
wood Hills No. 7, lying South and
West of the Westerly line of Trunk
Highway No. 280 as deseribed in
thu Minnesota Highway Department
Notice of Lie Pendena recorded in
the office of the Regiater of Deeda
of Ramsey County in Book 1728 of
Rasnsey County Recortts at Page
597.
SECTION 2.
The Zonins Map of the Villare of
Arden Hi]]a referred to in the afore-
said Ordinance Number 18 ahall not be
republished to ahow the aforesaid re-
aoning, but the Clerk shall apprapriate-
ly mark the Zoning Map on file in the
Clerk's offiee for the PurPOSe of aub-
stantislly indicating this rezoning.
SECTION 3.
Thia ordinance shall be pnblished in
the ofiicial Village newspaper and ehall
be effective from and after ita passage
and Pwblication.
