Ordinance Number Il (eont3.nued) P age Seetion 7 (contirxued) o No dogs eovered by a kennel permit shall be permitted to leave the premises wlereon the kennel is situated, unless taken there from in the custody o f the owner or a person who has purchased or rented such dog o No kennel shall be permitted on any proper^ty unless at the time application is made far a kennel lieense thereon the owners of property adjoining applicant 8 spmoperty shall consent to sueh use, nor shall 1icense be issued for a kennel until af'ter the pre- mises vvhereon the kennel is to be lo cated have been inspected b7 the Vil:iage Hea].th officer and aplrowd as su.itable for such pur- po se and re fe rencse to the s i ze of the 1o t and u,se o f the surrvund- ing property.
