"Beer" or "non-intoxieating malt liquor" me ans any malt beverage with an alcoholic content of more than one-half of one pereent by volume and not rnare than three and two -te nths pe rce nt by we i ght a Subdivision 3. Applieations for License, Every application f or a license o sell beer- shall e made on a form supplie d by the Vil- lage and shall state the name of the applicant, his age., represen- tations as to hi.s character with such references as may be required, his citizenshipa whether the app7.i6ation is for "on sale" or "off sale", the business in connectian w,ith urhich the proposed license wi11 operate andits locatim , whether applicant is ovrner and operam tor of the business$ how lang he hasbeen in that busines5 at that pl,ace, and su.ch other informatfon as the council may require from time to time o It shall be unlawful to make any f alse statement in anapplicata.ane App3ications sliall be #'iled with,the ViTlage Clerkp SECTION 4 e -License Fee s o Subdivision l, Each appxication far a license shall be accompanied by areceipt f°rom the Vi1- lage Tr^easurer for payrwxlt in fuI1 ~f the required fee for the lic ense . Granting of License. Subdivision l, The Village Gouncil shall irrvestigate all facts set out in the applieation.
