Ordinance i~o. 84, the Eleet an r nance, passe y 8 Vllla-ge Council of Arden AiZls on thw 22nd day of lebruary, 1965, is hereby repealed in its entirety. Section a. Date of Eieotion. The reqular City election shall eRe iaa?n a y on We- Tt Tueaday after the lat Manday in November and every even-numbered year beginning with the 1974 election. Seotion 3. Reduction of Tenm of Chne CouncilmRn. The term of the coun` ~33man,w e eusreg term 011 exp re on the first buaireas day of January, 1976, is hereby reduced so that it ah$11 expire on the first bueiness day of January, 1975. The office of such couacilman shall be filled at the 1974 Citiy election alonq ° with the office of the councilman whoee current tes-cn expire3 on the firat bueineas deiy of Janeery, 1975. 3ection 4.
