February 18, 1960, relating to the oper- . ation of the Municipal Sanitary Sewer $yctem, which added Seetion 11, Rates and Charges, to Ordinance No. 49, is herebv amende@ in the following respects, to-wit: A. The first paragraph of Section 11 (A) (1) ia hereby amended to read as follows: . . . In respect to single family dwellings, governmental buildings, churches, . and publie school houses which shall be eonnected with the Municipal San- itary Sewer SYStem, the Village shall . impose a total charge based on the . totalof the ehargea hereinafter scheduled for connection to and use of the Municipal Sewer System, and . . in xddition thereto such annual _ - " charges and annual sewer rental charges as may be made against - . the Village or the property by the . Cit~, of St. Paul and by the Village . . of Roseville. B.
