AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21, SECTION 21-7 OF THE
ARDEN HILLS CODE BY ADDING THERETO A
NEW SUBSECTION (H) LIMITING THE ISSUANCE OF
SPECIAL EVENT SIGNS IN COMMERCIAL DISTRICTS
The City Council of Arden Hills hereay ordains:
_ Section 1. Amendment to Section 21-7 of the Arden Hills Code bv Adding
Subsection (h) Thereto. Section 21-7 of the Arden Hills Code is hereby amended
by adding thereto a new subseetion (h) which reads as follows:
"(h) No more than three (3) sgecial event signs shall be allowed per
building (as de€ined in Ord. 216, Section II B 4) in a
commercial/industrial district per calendar year. Each special
event sign shall be permitted to be placed for a maximum period
of ten (10) consecutive days, with a minimum period of thirty
(30) days interval."
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be effective from and
after its adoption by the Arden Hills City Council, publication in the New
BriQhton Bulletin, for an effective date of June 1, 1988. Adopted by the Arden Hills Council this 25th day of January, 1988.

The City Council of Arden HilIs hereby ordains:
Section 1. Amendment to Section 21-7 of the Arden Hills Code by Adding
Subsection (h) Thereto. Section 21-7 of the Arden Hills Code is hereby amended
by adding thereto a new subsection (h) which reads as follows:
