AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUB-
DIVI$ION 1 OF 3ECTION 7 OF
ORDINANCE NUMBER 30 RELA-
TIVE TO ISSUANCE OF LICTNSE3
FOR NON-INT'OXICATING MALT
LIQUOR3
The Council oF the Village of Arden
Hills does hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1. Subdivision 1 of Section
7, Ordinance Number 30, ie hereby
amended to read as follows, to-wit:
Snbdivision 1.
No license shall be granted for
sale on any premises where a li-
censee has been convicted of the
violation of thia ordinance, or of
the state beer or liquor law, or
where any license hereunder hae
been revoked for cause until sixty
days has elapaed sfter auch con.
viction or revocation.
Subdivision 2 .
This Ordinance shall be effective
from anc} after its passage and
publication.

Arden Hilla this 26 day of March, 1962.
