CHANGIIVG CERTAIN PROVISIONS RELATING TO MINORS, BY ADDING PROVISIONS CONCERNING EVACUATION OF LICENSED PREMISES AND CONSUMPTION AFTER HOURS, AND BY INCREASING THE MAXIMUM FINE ASSESSABLE IN THE PENALTY PROVISION. The City Council of Arden Hills ordains: ' Section 1. Amendment of Section 8, Subdivision 6 of Ordinance No. 92. S ivision 6 o Section , entit ed "Con o License", of Ordinance No. 92 is hereby amended to read as o ows: , Subdivision 6. No liquor shall be sold, fur- nis e or e ivered for any purpose to any • person under the age of eighteen (18) years or . to a habitual drunkard or to any person obviously intoxicated or to any of the persons to whom sale- is prohibited by State law. Section 2. Amendment of Section 8, Subdivision 7 of Ordinance No. 92. u ivision o ection , en it e on i- tions o License", of Ordinance No. 92 is hereby amended to read as fo lows: Subdivision 7. Section 4. Amendment of Section 11 of Ordinance No. 92. Any person violating any provision of t is Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not more than $300.00 or imprisonment in the County Jail for not more than ninety (90) days, or both.
