. THE INTOXICATING LIQUOR ORDINANCE, BY .
CHANGIIVG CERTAIN PROVISIONS RELATING TO
MINORS, BY ADDING PROVISIONS CONCERNING
EVACUATION OF LICENSED PREMISES AND
CONSUMPTION AFTER HOURS, AND BY INCREASING
THE MAXIMUM FINE ASSESSABLE IN THE PENALTY
PROVISION.
The City Council of Arden Hills ordains: '
Section 1. Amendment of Section 8, Subdivision 6 of
Ordinance No. 92. S ivision 6 o Section , entit ed "Con
o License", of Ordinance No. 92 is hereby amended to read
as o ows:
, Subdivision 6. No liquor shall be sold, fur-
nis e or e ivered for any purpose to any •
person under the age of eighteen (18) years or
. to a habitual drunkard or to any person obviously
intoxicated or to any of the persons to whom sale-
is prohibited by State law.
Section 2. Amendment of Section 8, Subdivision 7 of
Ordinance No. 92. u ivision o ection , en it e on i-

Subdivision 7. No person under eighteen (18)

Section 4. Amendment of Section 11 of Ordinance

Subdivision 6. No person, including the

consume intoxicating liquor on the licensed
premises after the hour of 1:15 A.M.
Section 5. Amendment of Section 15 of Ordinance
No. 92. Section 15, entitle Penalty o Ordinance No. 2 is
here y amended to read as follows:
Section 15. Penalt. Any person violating
any provision of t is Ordinance shall be
guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction
shall be punished by a fine of not more than
$300.00 or imprisonment in the County Jail
for not more than ninety (90) days, or both.
Section 6. Effective Date, This Ordinance shall be in
effect from an a ter t e ate o its passage and publication.

CHANGING CERTAIN PROVISIONS RELATING TO
MINORS, BY ADDING PROVISIONS CONCERNING
EVACUATION OF LICENSED PREMISES AND
CONSUMPTION AFTER KOURS, AND BY IN-
CREASING THE MAXIMUM FINE ASSESSABLE IN
THE PENALTY PROVISION.
The City Council of Arden Hills ordains:
Section 1. Amendment of Section 8, Subdivision 6 of
Ordinance No. 92. Subdivision 6 of SecTion B, entitled
"Conditians of License", of Ordinance No. 92 is hereby -
amended to read as tollows:
Subdivision 6. No liquor shall be sold, furn(shed or
del ivered for any purpose To any person under the age of
eighteen (18) years or To a habitual drunkard or to any
person obviously inTOxicated or to any of the persons To
whom sale is prohibited by StaTe law.
Section 2. AmendmenT o} Section 8, Subdivision 7 0}
Ordinance No. 92. Subdivision 7 of Section 8, enTitled

amendetl To read as follows:
Subdivision 7. No person under eighTeen (18) years of

A.M.
Section S. Amendment of Section 15 of Ordinance No.

hereby amended To read as follows:
