Lleenee ADDlication, Lsa- anee and Term of Lieerue. Any person, - firm or corporRtion desiring a license for sny vending mQChine shail• file an epplication therefor with the Administra- tive Clerk of the villsge on a form to be prov3ded by the municiD8lity, which application eha]I Rjve the name of the applicant, the trade name and e general - dee.ription of the machine to be li- cenaed, tLe name and addresa of the owner of the machine if other than the ~ licenaee, the address of t6e premisea - - where the licenaed machine is to be oD- t~ 1 erated, the denomination of the coin or I~ coins required for the operation of the ~ machine, and euch othet informat3on aa ~y mwy be requirrd by the Clerk. The operstor of every place of bueinees shall be deemed to be rnaponsible for the operation of • any vending mschine upon the premiaea cecup;ed by him ss said place of buei- nase. Any per3on violating the Dravisions - of this ordinance ahall be guilty of s miedemeanor, and upon conviction there- of ahall be !ined in an amount not ex- cecdinK $I0.00 or by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than 90 days. 9ection 4. For the purposes of this ordinance a vending machine is defined as a machine capable of, constructed for or used for the purpose of automatlca6ly dispensing merchandise of any kind. Section 2. License Application, Issuance and Term of LQcense. Any person, firm or corparatlon desiring a license for any vend6ng machine shall file an application therefor with the Adm3nlstrative C9erk of the Yiftage on a form #o be provided by the munt-cipaBity, which app6tcation sha91 give the name of the app96cant, the trade name and a general description of fhe machine to be licensed, the name andaddress of the owner of the machine if other that the licensee, the address of the premisQS where the licenssd machine is #a be operated, the denomination of the coin or colns required for fihe oporat6on of the machine, and such other information as may be required by the Clerlc. Every such applicataan shal6 be accompanied by the annual license tee of $10.00. 1f the apptication is denied the te$ shou9d be refunded. Application shaGl ba granted and the license 3ssued by the Administra#ive Clerk unless the Cterk has reasonabtle cause to believe that the use ot the machtne on the premises which are the subject of 40 thA application may eonstitute a nuisance.
