ORDINANCE NO. 199
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING OR-
DINANCE NOS. 92 AND 101,
RELATING TO THE HOURS OF SALE
AND CONSUMPTION OF IN-
TOXICATING LIQUORS
The Council W the Village of Arden
Hills does hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1. - Amendment of OM. No.
101.
Paragraph (c) of Ord. No. 101, which
amends Section 9 of Ord. No. 92, is
hereby stricken and deleted.
Sectioo 2. - AmendmeM of Ord. No.
94.
Secfion 9 W Ord. No. 92, previously
amended by Ord. No. 101, is hereby
amended To read as follows in its en-
tirety:
Section 9- Hours of Sale.
Nosaleof intoxicaTing Iiquor shall
be made after one a.m. on Sunday,
nor until eight a.m. on Monday, nor
between the hours of one a.m. and
. eight o'clock p.m. on the day of any
staTe-wide election. No "on-sale"
shall be made between the hours of
one a.m. and eight o'clock a.m. on
anyweekday. No "off-sale" shall be
made before eighT a.m. or after
eight p.m. of any day except
SaTUrday or except the days
preceding the holidays hereinafter
specifically set forTh, on which days
and Saturdays "off-sale" may be
made until ten p.m.; provided
however, no "off-sale" shall be
made on December 24 after eight
o'clock p.m. No "off-sale" shall be
made on New Years Day, January
1; Independence Day, July 4;
Thanksgivirtg Day; or Ghristmas
Day, December 25.
Notwiihstanding the foregoing,
and pursuant to the provisions of
Section 340.14, Subdivision 5 of
Minnesota STaTUTes Annotated,
establishments licensed by Arden
Hills ihereunder may serve in-
foxicating liquors between the hours
of twelve o'clock noon and twelve
o'clock midnighT on Sunday.
Sedion 3. - Effective Date.
This ordinance shall be in full force
and effecT from and after its passage and
publication according to law.

The Council of the Village of Arden
Hills does hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1. - Amendment of Ord. No.

amends SecTion 9 of Ord. No. 92, is
hereby siricken and deleted.
Section 2. - Amendment of Ord. No.
92.
Section 9 of Ord. No. 92, previously
amended by Ord. No. 101, is hereby
amended to read as follows in its en-
tirety:
Section 9- Hours of Sale.
