The Village Gaxncil of the Village of
Arden E3ills does herebp ordain as Eollows:
Section 1. Swbdivision 2 of 9ection 2 of
Ordiuance Num~ber 32 is hereby amended
to read as follows, to.wit:
Subdivision Z. "On sale" licenses shall
be issued onlp to hotels, clubs aad ex-
' cl!nsive ]iquor stores and shall permii
"on sales" of liquor only, but purstnant
• to the provisions of Chapter 53 of the
1961 Extra Session Laws of the State
of Minnesota, any establishment in the
Village of A,r3en Hills ahich holds a
eombination "an-sale" and "ofE•sale"
]icense for the sale of intoxieating li-
qvor may sell food. "On.sale" licenses

cil to a properly-qtnalitied applicant
proposing to serve food on the premises
which are the subject of the application,

sale" license has previously been grant-
ed for said esfablishment. For the pur-
pose of this provision "esbablishmenY'

Section 2. This Ordinance shall be pub_
lished forth with in the afficial Village
newspaper and shalI be effective from and

Ordinance Number 32 is herebq amended
to read as follows, tawit:
