AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 99,
THE ZONING ORDINANCE, BY REZONING CER-
TAIN PROPERTY SITUATED WESTERLY AND
SOUTHERLY OF STATE TRUNK HIGHWAY NO. 51
AND INTERSTATE HIGHWAY N0.694, NORTHERLY
OF THE SOO LINE RAILROAD COMPANY RIGNT-
OF-WAY, AND NORTHERLY AND EASTERLY OF
STATE TRUNK HIGHWAY NO. 10
The City Council of Arden Hills ordains:
Sectian 7. Rezoning of ProperTy. Pursuant To the
provisions of Ordinance No. 99, as amended, the Zoning
Ordinance, a proceeding to rezone the property legally
described below was iniTiaTed by Application filed with
the Clerk-Adminisirator. A public hearing to review
said ApplicaTion was held by the Planning Commission
on Tuesday, February 7, 1978. Upon the recom-
mendation of the Planning Commission, Ordinance No.
99 and the Zoning Disirict Map of Arden Hills, which is a
part of said Ordinance No. 99, are hereby amended to
reflecT ihat the following described tract of land is
hereby rezoned from "R-1" To "L.B:"
Those paris of Sections 21, 22, 27 and 28, Township 30,
Range 23, lying Westerly and Southerly of the WesTerly
and SouTherly righT-of-way lines of STate Trunk High-
way No. 51 and InTerstate Highway No. 694 lying Nor-
therly of the NorTherly right-of-way line of the Soo Line
Railroad Company and lying Noriherly and Easterly of
the Northerly and Easterly righf-of-way lines of Stafe
- Trunk Highway No. 10, excepT the South '/a of the
Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast Ua of SecTion 21, Township
30, Range 23, lying East of the Easterly line of Highway
No. 10, according To the U.S. GovernmenT Survey
ihereof.
On the nexT reprinTing of said Ordinance No. 99, and-
orihe Zoning DisTricT Map included iherein,The Zoning
Administrator is hereby directed To have the Zoning
Di5lricT Map reflectthe rezoning of the aforedescribed
tract of land.
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be
effective from and afTer its passage and publicaTion.
Passed by the Council ihis 13th day of March, 1978.

and Southerly right-of-way lines of STate Trunk High.
