AMENDING ORDIN- ANCE NUMBER I8> THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO RELONE CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING NORTH OF COUNTY ROAD E AND WEST OF LE%INGTON AVENUE FROM COM- MERCIAL TO INDUSTRIAL The Village Council af Arden Hills does hereby ordain as follows, to-wit: Section 1 Ordinance Number 18, known as the Zoning Ordinance, is I hereby amended to rezone the following described praperty from Commercial to - Induatrial, to-wit: A11 that part of the West 250 feet of the SEi/4 of the SEi/4 of Seetion 27, Township 30, Range 23, lying South. erly of the Minneapolis, St. Paul & Sault Ste Marie Railway right of way, . except the South 243 feet thereof. Section 2. The Zoning Map of the I Village of Arden Hills referred to in the aforesaid Ordinance Number 18 shall not be republished to show the afore- said rezoning, but the Clerk shall ap. prapriately mark the Zoning Map on file in the Clerk's office for the purpose of substantially indieating this rezoning. 3ection 3. This ordinance ahall be published in the official Village news- paper and shall be effective from and after its passage anc} publication.
