AN ORDINANCE AMENDING OR-
DINANCE NO. 99, THE ZONING OR.
DINANCE, BY REZONING CERTAIN ,
PROPERTY SITUATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE IN-
TERSECTION OF COUNTRY ROAD E
AND LEXINGTON AVENUE NORTH
AND BY ADDING A SPECIAL USE IN
RETAIL BUSINESS DISTRICTS. .
The Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills does hereby ordain as .
follows:
~ Section 1. Amendment re Re=oning of
Certain Property Situated at the Nor-
ihwest Corner of the Intersection of
County Road E and Lexington Avenue
North. Pursuant to the provisions of
Ordinance No.99,ihe Zoning Ordinance, -
the Council initiaTed a rezoning of the
- property legalty described below, which
rezoning has been duly reviewed by the
Planning Commission of the Village of
Arden Hills at a public hearing held
ihereon, all in accordance with Or-
dinance No. 99. Upon the recom-
- mendation of the Planning Commission,
Ordinance No. 99 tlnd the Zoning DisTricT -
Map of Arden Hills, which is a parT af
said Ordinance No. 99, are hereby
- amended To reflect and show ihat the
following described iracis are hereby rezoned from "G-B" (General Business)
To "R-B," (Retail Business):
That porTion of the Easterly 650 feet
of the WesTerly 900 feeT of the SouTh Half (SYs) of the SouTheasT Quarter
(SEI/<) of the SoutheasT QuarTer (SEI/<) of Section 27, Township 30,

Section 4. Amendment re Additional
Special Use in Retail Business Districis. -
SecTion I I I F, Paragraph 3, capTioned
"LisTin9 of Special Uses," Subdivision
c., captioned "In Retail Business -
Districis," is hereby amended by adding
- °Hotel" to the list of permissible special -
uses specified iherein and thereunder. -
Section 3. Effective Date. This Or-
. dinance shall be effective from and afTer
its passage and publication.
