Read and recognize the attached Proclamation, recognizing the retirement of Jim Perron,
Public Works Superintendent, after nineteen dedicated years of service to the citizens of
Arden Hills.

WHEREAS, Jim Perron has faithfully and diligently served the City of Arden Hills
Public Works Department for over nineteen years, as a Maintenance Employee and
Superintendent of the Public Works Department; and
WHEREAS, Jim Perron has been responsible and responsive to the needs of the citizens
and business community; and
WHEREAS, Jim Perron, during his years with the City, served with professionalism,
dedication, and a commitment to improving the City of Arden Hills; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT PROCLAIMED THIS 23TH DAY OF JUNE, 2008 by
the City Council of Arden Hills, Minnesota:
That the Arden Hills City Council, on behalf of residents, and staff, express their sincere
gratitude and appreciation for your service to the community.
