Adopt Resolution 2008-031, approving the charitable gambling license request submitted by St.
Katherine's Ukrainian Orthodox Church to Conduct Charitable Gambling (Pull Tabs and Bingo)
at the Pot 0 Gold, 3776 Connelly Avenue, Arden Hills, MN 55113 for a period of two years.

Orthodox Church a11d all required forms, paperwork and the application fee.

Orthodox Church to Conduct Charitable Gambling (Pull Tabs and Bingo) at the Pot 0
Gold, 3776 Connelly Avenue, Arden Hills, MN 55113, for a Period of Two Years
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden
Hills, Minnesota, that the City agrees to renew the Charitable Gambling License for two
years, to the St. Katherine Ukrainian Orthodox Church to Conduct Charitable Gambling
(Pull Tabs and Bingo) at the Pot 0 Gold, 3776 Connelly Avenue, Arden Hills, MN
55113.
