RESOLUTION NO. 2008-040
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE
SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT REGARDING PID #22 30 23 42 0007 AND 1330 INDIAN
OAKS CIRCLE
WHEREAS: The City of Arden Hills is involved in a lawsuit concerning the property located at
1330 Indian Oaks Circle.
WHEREAS: The City and the property owner of 1330 Indian Oaks Circle have reached an
agreelnent with respect to the lawsuit.
WHEREAS: The City Council agreed to the general terms of a settlement agreement at a City
Council Meeting on May 27,2008.
WHEREAS: Since that date the City Staff has worked out a proposed settlement agreement
between the parties.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Council of the City of Arden Hills
approves the settlement agreelnent between the City of Arden Hills and US Bank National
Association and authorizes the Mayor and City Administrator to execute all documents in
substantial conformance with the delivered agreement.
