RESOLUTION APPROVING THE
MINOR SUBDIVISION, REZONING, AND LOT CONSOLIDA TION AT PID #22 30 23
42 0007 AND 1330 INDIAN OAKS CIRCLE
WHEREAS: on July 24, 2008, The City of Arden Hills, the property owner ofPID #22 30 23 42
0007, submitted a completed minor subdivision, rezoning, and lot consolidation
application to subdivide a 1,011 square foot parcel, rezone it from Industrial to
Residential, and consolidate it with the residential property located at 1330 Indian Oaks
Circle.
WHEREAS: on August 6, 2008, the Planning Commission reviewed the minor subdivision,
rezol1ing, and lot consolidation and determined that the proposal is in conformance with
the City's Zoning Code and Subdivision Code and therefore unanimously recommended
approval subject to one condition of approval.
WHEREAS: on August 25, 2008, the City Council received the recommendation from the
Planning Commission and agreed that the minor subdivision, rezoning, and lot
consolidation is in conformance with the City's Zoning Code and Subdivision Code
subject to the one recommend condition of approval.
WHEREAS: the City shall be responsible for filing the subdivision and lot consolidation with
Ramsey County.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Council of the City of Arden Hills
approves the minor subdivision, rezoning, and lot consolidation at PID #22 30 23 42 0007 and
1330 Indian Oaks Circle subject to the condition of approval in the P nIng 08-019 Report.
