SUBJECT: Discussion on Type and Tenure of Housing on the TCAAP Redevelopment
The purpose of this work session is to discuss the August 20, 2008, tour of multi-family housing
and to have Council provide direction on the potential number of rental units to be constructed
on the TCAAP redevelopment property.
