Environmental
The attorneys for the City and RRLD met with the attorneys from the EPA and MPCA on
October 8 to review the documents necessary for the transfer of the property. The meeting was
very productive. The EPA and MPCA attorneys provided new perspectives that will enable
getting the transfer documents closer to a final form.
Monthly Conference Call with Army and GSA
The October conference call with Army and GSA is scheduled for 10:00 a,m, on Tuesday,
October 14.
Transportation Projects
A City/County coordination meeting regarding the interchange projects has been scheduled for
October 22. This meeting will enable City and County staff and consultants to review the status
and timing of the two interchange projects and the 10/96 project, and to ensure necessary
coordination between the projects.
