September 17 TCAAP W orksession Agenda
The September 1 7 TCAAP work session agenda includes three items.:
. Housing massing
. TCAAP naming
. Introduction to the discussion of the next master development plan topic-roadways and
infrastructure
The housing massing item will include the review of 3-D modeling of higher density housing on
the TCAAP site.
In relation to the TCAAP naming process, the City has indicated a strong preference for the
name "Prairie Ridge". We plan to discuss the naming with RRLD and their consultant on the
17th.
The next topic of discussion related to the master development plan is roadways and
infrastructure. At the work session we want to get feedback from the Council on key issues and
questions to be addressed in relation to this topic.
