SUBJECT:
TCAAP Street Types and Streetscaping and Street-Related Amenities
BACKGROUND
The September 22 TCAAP work session will be focused on street types and streetscaping, and
street-related amenities, such as trails and sidewalks and on-street parking. The main topic of
discussion will be street types and streetscaping options for the various street types. At the work
session, the TCAAP planning consultants will present and explain visuals of the various street
types and streetscaping options for Council discussion.
We will also discuss trails and sidewalks, as they relate to the various street types, i.e. the
parkway, and the various residential streets; as well as appropriate locations for on-street
parking.
