Attached is an outline of upcoming work sessions and topics. A potential extra work session has
been added on October 27 to address several topics that could not easily be included in other
upcoming work sessions. The October 27 Council meeting does not have a heavy agenda. A
work session just prior to, or just following, the Council meeting would enable Council
discussion of the additional topics.
