CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
The meeting was called to order by Scott Bronson at 6:00 p.m.

3. UN-PINISHED AND NEW BUSINESS
A. Tax Increment Financing Overview
Finance Director, Iverson, presented a packet of information regarding Tax
Increment Financing. Iverson reviewed St. Louis Park's policy. Many cities
use other cities' policies as a base policy and customize it to their cities goals
and objectives.
B. Business Subsidy Policy
Does this policy fit in with our community? Does this policy go along with
our City's values? The committee would like to further discuss this policy.
St. Louis Park's Business Subsidy Policy was requested for review.
C. 2007 Financial Statements
Harpstead discussed the 2007 CAFR findings.
D. Joint Meeting/Picnic with Other City Committees/Commissions
