Conference Call with Army/GSA
The next monthly conference call with Army/GSA is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on Monday,
November 24. The agenda includes an update regarding the supplemental investigation, a
discussion of the "soft costs" credit, an update regarding the wells/piping system, the status of
the supplemental investigation, the status of the transfer documents, and the timeline to close.
Supplemental Investigation
The sampling process for the supplemental investigation began on November 19. The sampling
will be completed in approximately three weeks.
