Cancellation of December 29 Council meeting

Each year, if there is no pressing business projected for the second regular Council meeting in
December, the Council handles all year-end business at the first meeting in December and
cancels the second meeting. This year, there is no pressing business projected for the December
29 regular Council meeting.
Recommended Action:
Motion to cancel the regular Council meeting of December 29, 2008.
