TCAAP Update
Conference call with Army/GSA.
The conference call with the Army and GSA, scheduled for December 10, has been postponed
until after the holidays. Credit category information the Army wanted to provide to the City and
RRLD prior to the call has not been provided, and schedules have changed to make the person at
RRLD who would review the credit category information unavailable for the call.
Federal Economic Stimulus Package
The Federal economic stimulus package may be a source of funding for substantial TCAAP cost
items, such as the demolition of the buildings on the site and the construction of infrastructure on
the site. The City and RRLp are working together to pursue this funding.
