TCAAP Update
CR H Interchan2:e
The City is continuing to work with MnlDOT regarding State funding of a portion of the cost of
the CR H interchange project. The State funding is important, as it is the local funding share
necessary to obtain the remainder of funding from the Federal government.
Special TIF Le2:islation
Stacie K vilvang and Ron Moorse had meetings with Senator Chaudhary and Representative
Knuth regarding the tax increment financing special legislation. Senator Chaudhary would like
to meet with the Council in a work session to discuss the project and the legislation. He may be
available to attend the January 20 Council work session. Representative Knuth agreed to move
the legislation forward in the House.
