BACKGROUND
There are two open positions on the Financial Planning and Advisory Committee. Mark Kelliher
has submitted a City Commission / Committee Application Form to become a member of this
committee.
RECOMMENDED COUNCIL ACTION
Council approval of the appointment of Mark Kelliher to the Financial Planning and Advisory
Committee with his term to expire December 31,2010.

A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MARK KELLIHER TO THE
FINANCIAL PLANNING and ADVISORY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the City Council appoints residents to serve in an advisory capacity to the
City Council regarding the fiscal well being of the City of Arden Hills;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: The City Council appoints Mark Kelliher to serve
on the Financial Planning and Analysis Committee with his term expiring December 31,2010.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS
11th DAY OF MAY, 2009.
