RESOLUTION No. 2009-003
Resolution relating to the Appointmeuts to the
Commissions aud Committees of the City
WHEREAS, the City Council annually appoints residents to serve in an advisory
capacity to the City Council regarding planning and zoning issues on the Planning
Commission;
WHEREAS, the City Council annually appoints members to serve in an advisory
capacity to the City Council regarding the development and redevelopment in of the City
of Arden Hills on the Economic Development Commission;
WHEREAS, the City Council annually appoints members to serve in an advisory
capacity to the City Council regarding parks, trails and recreation issues on the Parks,
Trails, and Recreation Committee;
WHEREAS, the City Council annually appoints members to serve in an advisory
capacity to the City Council regarding the fiscal well being of the City on the Financial
Planning and Analysis Committee;
WHEREAS, the City Council annually appoints residents to serve in an advisory
capacity to the City Council regarding communications and newsletters on the
Communications Committee;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED The Arden Hills City Council appoints or
reappoints the following people to serve on the following commissions and committees
with terms ending as noted by the name:
Section I: Planning Commission:
A. Clayton Larson - December 31, 2011
B. Elizabeth Modesette - December 31, 20 II
Section 2: Economic Development Commission:
A. Ed von Holtum - December 31, 2011
Section 3: Parks. Trails. and Recreation Committee:

B. Don Messerly - December 31,2009
C. Larry Jones - December 31, 2010
